Lord God, creator of this amazing universe that stretches the mind beyond its limits, please hear my prayer. Lord Almighty, humble my prideful thoughts. Give me strength so that I can accept not knowing everything, and an appreciation that your ways are greater than I can fathom. Let me not wallow in my ignorance. Let me not be paralyzed by the dozens of questions that plague me every day.
Lord Jesus, give me the strength, focus, and perseverance to keep trudging on. Let me see insights from your word and from the books I read. Let these words come clearly to me and soak into this hardened heart of mine. In your precious name, Amen.
